What is your daily order cutoff time?
Our daily cutoff time is 2:00 PM IST (Kolkata Time). Orders placed before 2:00 PM from Monday to Saturday are processed and dispatched the very same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays will begin processing the next business day.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window. You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to inspect your equipment and open a return request. To qualify, the item must be unused, unaltered, and packed securely in its original retail box with all original accessories and documentation.
Who pays for return shipping?

Standard Returns: For change-of-mind or personal preferences, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your equipment arrives damaged from transit or shows an out-of-the-box manufacturing defect, we will cover the return courier costs entirely, provided it is reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
